Confirmation

Confirmation of registration will be sent upon the payment arrival.
All services should be requested on the registration form.
Until payment is received, the registration will be on hold and won’t be considered.
Please note that no hotel voucher will be sent.
The secretariat will send a confirmation mentioning all requested services by mail.

Hotel Reservation

Skyros-Congressos will handle all the hotel accomodation requirements for participants.
Accomodation should be booked on the conference registration form.
A one night deposit is required when making hotel reservation.
For reservations until July 23rd, 2010 one night deposit is required in order to guarantee the room reservation.
Full Payment is required until August 23rd, 2010
After this date all the new bookings must be fully paid by credit card.
No reservations will be considered without payment.
Reservation changes must be sent to the congress secretariat until August 23rd, 2010
Skyros-Congressos will not be able to guarantee rooms after August 31st, 2010
The hotels will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Dinner Ticket - Gala Dinner (September 24th)

The payment of 35 € is only effective to registered persons as Member, Non Member.
You have to be registered in the congress to benefit from this Dinner Ticket fee.

Tours

All tours reservations must be paid in order to be considered.
Tours are subject to a minimum of 25 persons

Changes

The change name will be accepted until September 3rd, 2010
After September 3rd, 2010 and On Site will be charged 20 € per change.
